Opening: 2 October | LABoral Centre for Art and Industrial Creation

Interdependencies brings together the projects of ten emerging artists taking part in LAB Alumni Studio, a support and production programme created jointly by the PHotoESPAÑA Master’s programme and LABoral Centre for Art and Industrial Creation.
Through photography, installation, archiving and hybrid practices, the works explore shifting identities, fragmented memories and forms of cultural transmission. The projects address processes of transformation in identity and memory through relationships: with the body, with other bodies, with objects, with animals, with territories and with traditions.
Amidst bodies, objects, landscapes and autobiographical narratives, the works shift our gaze towards new forms of perception and relationship, revealing how these interdependencies shape who we are and how we position ourselves in the contemporary world.
Artists: Blanca Soto, Claudia Prechedes, Elsa Suárez, Isabel Sangro, Macarena Valero Amaro, Mar De Luna, Marcela Lobo, Marcella Echavarría, Marta Vela Raso, Mónika Aranda.
