The project by Lea Luka Sikau and Denisa Půbalová, together with scientist Felipe Lombó, combines art and science to discover the culture of fermentation in Asturias through the senses.

More than 5,100 people passed through the art and design market and participated in the activities, concerts, workshops, recitals and other proposals of the program. A figure that exceeds that recorded in last year’s spring edition and confirms the consolidation of the event.
