Mohsen Hazrati (born in 1987 in Shiraz, Iran) is a Berlin-based artist whose practice explores the intersection between literature and digital technologies. His work utilises artificial intelligence and database logic as tools to reimagine traditional narratives and historical content, recontextualising them through a technological lens.

Mohsen’s art has been exhibited and presented at museums, festivals and platforms such as the National Museum in Oslo, the CCCB Museum in Barcelona, the (MK&G) Museum in Hamburg, Art Dubai, NFT NYU, Art Basel Miami, Ars Electronica, IMPAKT, HAL Berlin, the Grafikenshus Museum, re:publica Berlin and Espronceda Barcelona. He has undertaken residencies and received grants, notably at the Akademie Schloss Solitude in Stuttgart and the Rizq Art Initiative in Abu Dhabi.

His works and research have been presented at conferences and events such as the UDK in Berlin, the ABK in Stuttgart, the IAM Weekend in Barcelona, Goldsmiths in London, UCL MAL in London, the DESY Centre in Berlin, the University of Bonn and TEDx Mollasadra St. Furthermore, he was awarded the first Deutsche Kredit Bank (DKB) Virtual Reality Prize in 2024.
