Robotics summer camp 2016

27th june – 26th august 2016

In these camps, participants will have the opportunity to design, build and programme their own robots based on a series of challenges that they must meet on a daily basis.

Robotics becomes an “excuse” to bring children closer to scientific and technological content and to learn specifically about robotics and programming, while developing creativity and critical thinking. The LEGO WeDo construction set and the Lego Mindstorm NXT platform will be used to build robots.

Aimed at: children aged between 6 and 16 who are looking for an activity in which they can have fun and learn at the same time. Children aged 6 to 9 will learn how to design a robot with LEGO WeDo and will have their first contact with programming, creating animations and small video games. Children aged 10 and over will enter the world of design, construction and programming, use light, touch, sound and gyroscope sensors, and build robots with LEGO Mindstorm NXT.
