Mark Fell will talk with Roc Jiménez de Cisneros about his installation ‘I can’t fix what you messed up’ developed at the Sound LAB and his artistic practice

Mark Fell, artist in residence at LABoral, will talk with Roc Jiménez de Cisneros about the installation produced at the LABoral Sound LABoratory and his artistic practice. I can’t fix what you broke, 2014 (I can’t fix what you broke), the piece developed by the British artist has a specific character at a spatial level, that is, it has been conceived for the architectural design of the LABoral Sound Laboratory . This work alludes to disorientation, alienation and disbelief… the fundamental vocabulary of Fell’s aesthetics.

Both the selection of the artist in residence and the work produced is a proposal made jointly by LEV 2014 and LABoral Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial.

This meeting, open to the public, will be documented on video by LABoral and the resulting material will, in the future, be available to visitors in the archive and documentation space of the Sound LABoral in offline mode, subsequently becoming part of the collections of Center Archive, once the artist Mark Fell’s exhibition has ended.
