Based on two prototypes developed and manufactured in the fabLAB Asturias, the Grasshopper plug in will be used to customize them at different scales.
The entire process will be documented and the results will be shared under an open license.
The workshop will include two work sessions and one presentation session:
1st session: brief introduction to parametric design and participants will be guided in the development of the first prototype, generating a repository of them. We will finish with the presentation of the second prototype.
2nd session: adaptation to the manufacturing of designs made parametrically through which participants will modify and prepare their designs for manufacturing. We will end the session by exposing ways of documenting the types of designs so that they can be shared under open and free licenses.
3rd session: presentation of the prototypes made during the course.

Addressed to:professional public or those interested in industrial, interior and graphic design, with some prior knowledge in the use of digital tools. Each participant must bring their laptop with the Rhinoceros 4.0 sr9 and Grasshopper 0.8 programs, both free to download, previously installed.
