Introduction to digitizing using photogrammetry

In this introductory course you will learn the fundamentals of photogrammetry, as well as the use of 3D reconstruction software from images taken with digital cameras. Students will use their own devices to digitize objects using photogrammetry in the fabLAB environment. To do this, they will receive basic training in using the software and in choosing the working conditions and configuration of the equipment.

Master in Mechatronic Engineering, and co-inventor of StackFix3d – a device that allows the capture of images aimed at 3D reconstruction by photogrammetry. Winner of one of the grants from the Tengo Una Idea program of the Polytechnic School of Engineering of Gijón, in its edition of the 2016/17 academic year. Co-founder of the company AUDE Innovación.

Master in Mechatronic Engineering and developer of a device for automated image taking of an object from different points of view, capable of attaching a standard SLR camera.
