This exhibition shows the projects carried out within the framework of the residency program organized by LABoral Centro de Arte and Gijón IMPULSA. An initiative aimed at professionals and companies in the cultural and creative sector who develop their projects during a residency at the Art Center. The ten participating projects, which are at different stages of development, touch on disciplines as diverse as ceramics, Virtual Reality, fashion, graphic design or performing arts. All participating professionals have in common their commitment to employing innovative approaches and processes that distinguish their companies and their ways of working.
The LABoral_IMPULSA residences aim to reinforce the activity and services of Gijón IMPULSA to these groups through its integration with another agent of the Knowledge Mile. LABoral Centro de Art provides its work facilities and infrastructure, support, guidance and relevant connections in its local, national, Exposici and international network of contacts and collaborations. While IMPULSA offers the opportunity to participate in its programs to support entrepreneurship and business consolidation.
