Grass is the most widespread type of plant as well as a perfect example when it comes to understanding what nature is all about. Although it grows naturally and depends on biological processes, its prolific application also shows how we mould and try to control the environment in order to adapt it to our wishes and needs as human beings. The aim of this installation is to highlight this conflict by exploiting an adaptable and dynamic biological system within a mechanically controlled environment. A new form of production will be put into practice using lights and fertilisers in order to exert a selective influence on the growth of grass.
