Was born in Asturias in 1982. She lives in London.
Graduated in Fine Arts by Universidad del País Vasco and later in Cinema by The London Film School. Her work La playa (2010) has been shown in international festivals, including, BAFICI in Buenos Aires, Raindance and The London Spanish FilmFestival in London, Festival de Cine de Guadalajara in Mexico orSpanish Cinema Now in New York. In 2010 she was awarded with the Primer Premio Nuevos Realizadores del Principado de Asturias in the Festival Internacional de Cine de Gijón.
Her latest work, Ay pena (2011), has been selected in the Official Selection of the festivalin 2011, at the Festival de Cinema de Valencia, Cinemajove, as well as inthe prestigious New Directors / New Films organized by MoMA andFilm Society of the Lincoln Centre in New York. Both workshave been nominated for Best Short Film and Best Cinematography inFuji Film Awards 2011 and 2012 in the UK. She combines herworks on the steering with the assembly. Lives and works in London.
