As part of the activities scheduled to celebrate Europe Day, LABoral Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial and Europe Direct Gijón are organising the activity “Grabando. Do not disturb” to present part of the podcasts created by the students of the Secondary Schools of Gijón as a result of their participation in the workshop “Europe listens to you”.

“Europe listens to you” was carried out from December 2023 to March 2024 and almost 200 students from a total of five schools in Gijón (IES Calderón de la Barca, IES Emilio Alarcos, IES Jovellanos, IES Piles and Patronato San José) participated. The recording of the podcasts was made possible thanks to the collaboration of LABoral Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial, the Centro Tecnológico de Gijón-Impulsa and the Fundación Municipal de Cultura y Educación.

The protagonists of this activity are the students who participated in the workshop as well as their podcasts that deal with different topics related to the European Union.
