The group will be working in the non garden and build a portable kitchen.
The activity will begin in the South South Patio at 10:30 in the morning to work on cleaning the terraces, mowing the garden and other plant maintenance tasks, and will end around 6 p.m.
In addition, work will be done on transforming a cart into a mobile kitchen.
For lunch Re.colectivo prepares “Km. 0 or slow food”: vegetarian cuisine with seasonal products from the Noceu farm (Aquilino and Laude, organic producers from Sariegu).
“Globalization brings us a variety of products from all corners of the world, creating an energy and human imbalance, since their transportation and production are not sustainable. Buy and eat what is nearby, as before, but now labeled as Slow Food o Kilometer 0-Products from the area (less than 100km), organic in season and purchased directly from producers, avoiding industrial foods and intermediaries.” (Re.collective)
