The working group meets in the morning to carry out maintenance work in the non-garden, cleaning the garden, mulching, mowing, composting, picking flowers and other tasks.

In the afternoon, starting at 4 p.m., the Herbarium workshop begins with an introduction to the recognition of wild plants and their medicinal and culinary uses. We talk about the botany of Linnaeus and Goethe, and begin to draw up a herbarium of the plants in and around the non-garden. Reflections on a possible digital herbarium.
