MURMULLU is a residency for creating podcasts in Asturian, promoted by La Benéfica de Piloña (Piloña), LABoral Centro de Arte (Xixón), Conseyu de la Mocedá d’Asturies (CMPA) and XtraRadio, Casa de les Radios (Bimenes).
The call is aimed at people between the ages of 14 and 35 who are residents of Asturias, who may submit a proposal individually or collectively (up to a maximum of five members per project). The theme of the podcast is open and no previous artistic experience is required, only an interest in radio and sound creation.
The residency offers a supportive working environment and specific resources for the development of the selected projects, combining financial support, professional advice and the technical means necessary for a high-quality production.
The residency includes a grant of €1,000 in fees and €500 for production and project expenses. In addition, those selected will have access to technical recording, production and editing equipment, a workspace and recording studio, a package of hours for specialised mentoring, three training sessions focused on podcast production and other specific project needs, as well as image design and dissemination through the networks and communication channels of the collaborating entities.
The application period will be open from 2 to 22 March 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
