We are looking for projects from Asturian artists or residents in Asturias

The objective of this annual call is to award a prize for the realization of a project that reflects on the challenges that the impact of digital technology poses to today’s society. The project must be specifically conceived for exhibition in the Project Gallery of the LABoral Center for Art and Industrial Creation.

Directed to:artists born in Asturias, or residents in the Principality of Asturias or descendants of Asturians up to the second degree, whose age does not exceed 40 years as of December 31, 2017.

Financial envelope:The monetary value of the prize amounts to €9,500.

The residency will last a maximum of two months between August and October 2017. The result of the residency will materialize in an exhibition at LABoral that will take place in the Exhibition Gallery (Plans available here) from October 2017 to January 2018.
