Born in Gijón in 1981. She lives and works in Madrid.
She develops her artistic activity in parallel with the professional one, as a graphic designer and coordinator of artistic projects for Factum Arte.
Between 2006 and 2015 she co-founded and actively created within the artistic collective Bonus-Extra, pseudonym under which organizes exhibitions, live visuals events, performance, video and animation collaboratively. Some of the visual work has been shown at the FICX and Estampa.
As an individual artist, her work focuses on the design, installation, animation and textiles, she has exhibited in group exhibitions at Fondation Cartier pour l’Art Contemporain, Paris; Chiado Museum, Coimbra; Revillagigedo Museum, Gijon and Estampa among others. She has been awarded by CajaMadrid in Generaciones and Injuve. Nieto is currently working around the concepts of faith, gambling and care in society.
