Transferencias is a Philosophy Laboratory in the context of the exhibition Materia Prima which explores the idea of the plurality of the arts and sciences and the need to generate collaborative processes for the transfer of knowledge to strengthen shared knowledge. It is an open office, a participative, propositional place with active listening. The main element is a module for the Archive of Asturian Artists, an invitation to produce transversal readings around it and to look for new strategies and languages to represent the local. Over the course of six open encounters, with presentations, interviews and debates, the community of creators is invited to reflect on the social and political meaning of digital technologies and their ethical and aesthetical implications. Their voices and thoughts are recorded on audio for visualisation in networks and local micro-networks, while a manifesto on the issues dealt with will be collectively drafted.
