Raúl Rodríguez Arias He is a direct descendant of one of the most recognized pottery sagas in Spain, that of the Black Ceramics of Llamas del Mouro (Cangas del Narcea, Asturias). He has developed artistic projects related to Asturian Black Ceramics and currently collaborates with the Avilés Ceramic School. (Cultural factory)

Graduated in History from the University of Oviedo, he has a Master’s degree in HR Management from the European Business School and has developed part of his professional career at Adecco outsourcing. Percussionist of art as a tool for personal development, he has stood out for pioneering projects in our country.

In 2012 he founded Artists and Entrepreneurs, a company dedicated to the development of people through art and launches projects such as:

• • “Pottery and coaching” ART AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT with the Public Employment Agency, Valnalón Ciudad Tecnológica and Espacio Talud de la Ería.
• • “Pottery and team building” implementing team management workshops through art with companies such as Airbus, Axa, Red Cross, Carrefour, etc.
• • “Pottery and entrepreneurship for children.” Design and development of artistic projects, with the Asturias Chamber of Commerce.
• • “Art in motion” with the Union of Merchants of Asturias.
• • “Art in the street. Street Market” with AJE (Asturias Young Entrepreneurs Association)

In 2018 he founded Art Nómada www.artnómada.com and adds projects of a social and integrative nature.
