Trial and error of the posthuman is a sculptural study of the posthuman through which we will try to establish the canon of the amplified human future. Throughout the history of art, sculpture has been constituted as a tool for the representation of the body. Pursuing with it the ideal of beauty; harmonious bodies in which perfection was sought through proportions. However, the canons that established these perfect bodies have not remained unchanged. At the end of the nineties, in the midst of the cyborg era, the concept of posthuman began to become popular to refer to a new being that emerges through a culture of new technologies, plastic surgery and genetic modifications, advocating a modified natural world.
