Project in residence

Promete@

Promete@ is a research project in art and new technologies that proposes a didactic approach to the idea of the sensitive machine.

The project is based on the construction of a prototype in which different types of sensors are integrated, which are capable of perceiving the conditions of an environment and converting them into data for subsequent interpretation and representation.

The process of building this prototype will serve to develop a series of didactic modules that can be developed both in formal educational environments and in informal educational environments.

Promete@ has a double educational function: to understand the way in which we perceive our reality (how our senses work and receive information from the outside) and to experiment with the capabilities of new technologies for the reception, recording and interpretation of information from within our context.
