Ignacio Carmona & Jorge Bazo

5 May 2025 – 31 January 2026

Ignacio Carmona González: Co-founder of Golden Era. I am a versatile professional who combines my knowledge in lighting and programming to bring an integral perspective to audiovisual projects. Between September 2020 and June 2022 I studied Lighting, Capture and Image Processing at the CIFP of Langreo CISLAN, where I acquired skills in the handling of lighting equipment, recording techniques and postproduction. Later I studied the Higher Degree in Web Applications Development at TuniverS Formación (September 2022-June 2024), strengthening my base in programming, design and management of web projects.

In my career, I have worked as a camera assistant at TPA Deportes (April-June 2022), which allowed me to appreciate the coordination and logistics in the production of sports content. Later, I worked as a web programmer at Semilla Proyectos (April-June 2024), perfecting my technical skills within a collaborative environment. Since April 2023 I have been the head manager and U-TV operator at the “El Molinón Enrique Castro Quini” stadium, supervising the content on LED screens during sporting events and coordinating the team to ensure the quality and proper functioning of the broadcasts, as well as designing several commercials and collaborating closely with the club.

Jorge Bazo Cueto: Industrial Electronic Engineer graduated from the University of Oviedo and co-founder of Golden Era. Since the beginning of my training, I have felt a strong vocation for the audiovisual, which has led me to use video editing software, photography, sound and 3D design. In addition, I have developed programming skills and I have enhanced my profile with leadership, communication and project management skills.

When I was only 14 years old, I directed the short film De vuelta al partido, which won the second prize in the I Short Film Contest “Corto y +” of Gijón. Later, I took part in audiovisual montages and campaigns such as the book ¨La polis secuestrada: propuestas para una ciudad educadora¨(editorial TREA) and in the making of the calendar of the Faculty of Medicine of Oviedo in 2021.

In 2023 I took on the role of technician for the “El Molinón Enrique Castro Quini” stadium of Real Sporting de Gijón and that same year, I was a member of the young jury at the 62nd edition of the Gijón Film Festival, contributing my critical vision in the evaluation of innovative proposals.

Golden Waves

Golden Era offers a triple approach project that integrates music, image and territory to give visibility to Asturian talent on a professional and strategic level. First, it develops live music sessions in Tiny Desk or Colors Show style, with multi-camera shoots, professional audio and lighting, enriched with VFX and virtual production, and accompanied by documentary capsules and interviews. This content will be broadcasted in short (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long formats (YouTube, Spotify Video, etc…), creating synergies with local platforms (Emerxentes, 12grados, HHopcast) and strengthening Asturias as a creative hub.

The second pillar is local DJ sets with careful artistic direction and multi-camera recording, combined with VFX and virtual production environments, designed for global platforms such as YouTube and Instagram. Each session will function as a professional portfolio for the DJs, positioning them regionally and fostering a community of fans connected to the local scene.

Finally, the comprehensive campaign for LPergo’s debut album encompasses visual identity design, cinematic video clips, “behind the scenes”, website and a 360° physical and digital marketing strategy (press, billboards, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Spotify). Seeking to maximize the impact and project Asturian music at a national level.
