Diego Torres Morales

1 February 2019 – 31 December 2019

Born in Gijón in the eighties, music became the element with which he developed his creativity, spoiling the Jethro Tull and Pink Floyd vinyls he found next to his father’s old Panasonic record player, and recording megamixes with a tape recorder.

A radio lover, in mid-2005 he was an active contributor to the programme “90 decibelios” on radio Parpayuela de Mieres and to magazines such as DJMag, writing articles and interviews with national and international artists, as well as being part of the Aquasella Festival team for several editions.

Subsequently, he trained in music production in Barcelona and in sound at the CIFP Cislan de Langreo. In 2018, after doing an internship at The Bass Valley and collaborating in Lanna Club during his second stage, he is committed to developing the projects he dreams of: creating a radio station, and his own independent label, where he can make room for electronic creations by producers from the region.

It integrates the disciplines of digital creation, video-art and music, opens a collaborative conjunction within the framework of urban culture and a new format in our country, a twist and modernisation of the concept of independent radio station, serves as a platform for artists to show their creations and for collaboration with other artistic and musical proposals in the city.
