CLARA BREA (Madrid, 1989) is a composer, sound engineer, musician and sound artist based in Asturias. Her practice is rooted in listening to the acoustic environment—urban, natural, industrial—as a territory of ecological and social significance. Her

live performances and compositions lie somewhere between ambient and experimental electronic music. By integrating her field recordings with synthesizers, acoustic instruments, samplers and sound design tools, her pieces tend to move between music and soundscape. This artistic practice also forms the basis of her work as a composer and sound designer for film, theatre and audiovisual projects.

SARA MUÑIZ (Xixón, 1984) is a composer and musicologist. Her work revolves around the sonic exploration of the piano and string instruments, creating soundscapes that oscillate between contemporary classical music and ambient. Currently, alongside the development of her more personal compositions (Animus 2023 and Hijas de Octubre 2024), she is working on film and stage projects as well as sound design for other formats such as podcasts. She is currently regarded as one of the most prominent active composers of experimental contemporary classical music on the national scene, creating a body of work in which transdisciplinary sound exploration features prominently.
