Myriam Bleau (Montreal / Canada, 1988) is a composer, digital artist and performer. She explores the boundaries between musical performance and digital arts to create audiovisual systems that go beyond the screen, such as performance-specific sound installations and musical interfaces. Being part of the popular music scene influences her hybrid electronic practice that integrates elements of hiphop, techno and pop music. Her work has been exhibited and recognized internationally: Prix Ars Electronica 2015 (AT), Sonic Arts Award (IT), Elektra (CA), ISEA 2015 (CA), Transmediale (DE).
