Kate Crawford (Australia, 1974) is a research expert on the impact of artificial intelligence. She teaches and researches at USC Annenberg in Los Angeles, is a Senior Research Fellow at MSR New York and was the first Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Justice at the École Normale Supérieure in Paris. In addition, she has been named by Time TIME100 magazine as one of the most influential people in AI. Her book, Atlas of AI, won several awards, was named book of the year by Science and Financial Times and is translated into 12 languages. He leads the Knowing Machines project, an international research collaboration studying the fundamentals of artificial intelligence.
His artworks and visualizations have been the subject of numerous exhibitions, are part of the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MoMA), the Victoria and Albert Museum in London (V&A Museum) and the Design Museum London, as well as the permanent exhibition of the Ars.
