The aims of this workshop are to raise participants’ awareness of the need to dignify public space; to stimulate their creative thinking and reflection on urban and semi-urban space; knowledge of nature and the environment through the recovery of spaces; and to familiarise children with the concept of landscaping and how to put it into practice. It also aims to develop manual skills and learning how to use the necessary tools; knowledge of plants in general and the recognition of native Asturian species, using identification techniques in accordance with the age of the participants. The children will also receive basic notions in the interpretation of plans and photography, with the aim of documenting the work carried out.

For ten days, the participants in this camp will intervene in a space with the aim of recovering it and reintegrating it into its natural environment. The activities will take place both in the laboratories of LABoral Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial and in the surrounding grounds.
