Retro radio is a live musical show that will transport us through the most iconic songs of the 60s, 70s, and 80s, through the format of a live radio show.

This concert seeks to build bridges between music, education, and innovation. Through a carefully curated repertoire and a staging that recreates the aesthetics and narrative of classic radio programs, Retro radio highlights music as a tool for learning, expression, and collective memory.

The show will feature students and teachers from the Escuela de Música de Viesques, who will bring this audio experience to life with live performances, presentations, interludes, and anecdotes that connect generations and styles.

This proposal merges musical training with educational innovation and underlines the commitment to promoting local talent, providing access to culture, and creating spaces for artistic and educational experimentation.

An intergenerational program to enjoy, remember, and rediscover the music that defined an era.
