Read the exhibition: Millennials

Participative activity that seeks to reflect on the themes of the exhibitions through performative reading.

12 December 2024

We continue with the program Read the exhibition, a proposal that seeks to transit the exhibitions through the reading and sharing of texts related to them.

Our reference will be Millennials, the multimedia art of Generation Y, an exhibition that highlights how the millennial generation has been shaped by the rapid pace of technological advances, globalization and the rise of digital media. The works reflect fundamental issues for this generation, such as sustainability, social justice or the need for critical approaches to technology.

As in previous sessions, we encourage all those interested in participating in this activity to share poems, stories, essays…both their own and others’, that evoke the theme of this exhibition.

This session will be led by Marta Fernández Silverio, journalist and humanist from the Carlos III University of Madrid. She took her first steps in journalism in local media in Asturias, first as a television editor in the TPA and later as a journalist in La Nueva España.

Time: Thursday, December 12th at 7 p.m.

Free activity until full capacity is reached
