Virtual meeting on the work of the artist Cristina Busto

This conversation between the artist Cristina Busto and Dr. Luz Mar González Arias, Professor of English Philology and of the Masters in Gender at the University of Oviedo, guided by the philosopher Susana Carro, will deal, from different perspectives, with art as a means of expression of feminist ideas.

During the meeting, the work La mujer invisible by Cristina Busto, a work inspired by one of the chapters of The Second Sex by Simone de Beauvoir and the work El fracaso de la inteligencia will be presented, which will provide a starting point for the reflections that will be shared during the afternoon.
