Based on her work Anatomy of Non-Fact, the artist Martyna Marciniak will give a workshop for students of the Master’s Degree in Advanced Studies in Art History at the University of Oviedo.

The goal is to represent the problematic relationship of images created by Artificial Intelligence and reality. In the artist’s words, “I want to understand what are the technical and aesthetic components of the images that are presented as facts and evidence. How do they establish a sense of trust with the public? Is this perception of truth culturally or technologically motivated?
