This introductory course will cover the fundamentals of additive manufacturing by filament fusion (FFF), as well as the use of mid-level 3D printers. Course attendees will receive notions about materials, equipment characteristics, workflow (from 3D design to manufacturing) and machine preparation. The course will close with a practical 3D printing session on the fabLAB Asturias equipment.
Completing the course provides the mandatory basic technical training for handling the fabLAB Asturias 3D printers.
