This concert of contemporary music for the transverse flute, both in solo and as an ensemble, proposes a unique experience: to enjoy the performance lying on the floor. Through various languages and extended techniques, we invite you to rediscover contemporary music from a sensory and immersive perspective, offering a different way of listening.

The aim is to encourage reflection on new strategies to attract audiences to concerts and explore the sensations of the performers when performing outside of the spotlight. The performance will be given by the flute students of the Professional Conservatory of Music and Dance of Gijón.

Prerequisites: In order to participate, it is necessary to be able to lie on the floor. It is recommended that participants bring their own yoga mat, cushions or any comfortable surface to lie on. In addition, those who wish to experience the activity in complete darkness are welcome to bring a blindfold to cover their eyes.
