We invite you to delve into the multifaceted world of human-robot encounters, with an emphasis on the performative aspects of these interactions.
Through a combination of self-experience, group reflection, technical foundations and practical performative exploration, participants will investigate how humans and robots interact, collaborate and co-evolve in diverse environments.
The workshop aims to challenge perceptions of autonomy, intelligence, multimodal superiority and cognitive seclusion, while fostering sensibility to inter-individual phenomena in human-robot encounters and their connection to computational processes, encouraging a collective exploration of the social, ethical and technological dimensions of human-robot relationships.
The workshop is conceptualized as an explorative, dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages participants to openly share their personal affections while observing/performing human-robot interactions (HRI). In this way, the experience will enable critical engagement with the complexities of human-robot relationships by bridging the gap between self-experience and technical knowledge.
This work was produced with the financial assistance of the European Union.
