On 20 May at 18.30 h, we will be publicly launching the Association of Friends of LABoral Centre for Art and Industrial Creation Association, an initiative designed to bring the centre even closer to the public and support its cultural activities.
The Association aims to support and strengthen LABoral’s work by promoting initiatives linked to contemporary creation, research, production and cultural dissemination. It also aims to serve as a meeting point for society and various local stakeholders, helping to expand the centre’s reach in Asturias.
During the event, its objectives and ways of getting involved will be outlined by its founding members: Gonzalo González, president, and María Llaneza, treasurer, who will explain what it means to be part of the Association and how to join this support network for the centre.
The session will also include a lecture on Artificial Intelligence and Art, given by Carmen Adams, secretary of the Association and professor of Art History.
The event will conclude with an open discussion.
Admission is free and open to all interested parties. The Association invites anyone wishing to get involved in the project to become a member and play an active role in this community centred around LABoral.
