Apple Sauerkraut – A delicious, probiotic version of the fermented classic, made with organic and local ingredients.
Fire Cider – A natural product full of health benefits, made with fruits, spices, vegetables, and apple cider vinegar.
An excellent opportunity to learn, try, and take home your own fermented creations.
