We are looking for four non-professional performers interested in participating in the development of the performance Slogans Remix by Maja Bajević

The Bosnian artist Maja Bajević and LABoral are looking for four non-professional performers or musicians interested in participating in the development of the performance Slogans Remix that is part of the Active Presence exhibition that will open at LABoral on October 5.

Together with the musical group Basheskia & Edward EQ, Maja Bajević put music to a hundred slogans that serve as the basis for the performance presented at the Center for Art and Industrial Creation of Gijón.

Now they are looking for four non-professional performers to activate those same slogans in different places in Gijón, during the months that the exhibition lasts. Thus, the political slogans of the past will be reintegrated into an everyday context, resuming their cultural dimension and inciting a political and social dialogue that is so necessary today.
