Rolando Sánchez Ponce is an Electronic Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Professional Artist from the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes del Perú. For his artistic projects he designs and implements digital systems for various applications. Works: Génesis Byte, Matari 69200, Pabellon Psiquiatrónico, Circuitos Cartográficos and Macrotecnología de Primera Generación. His works try to generate reflection on the alienating use that the structures of power give to modern technology and on the reification to which man is subjected to the point of turning him into a simple spare part. He has exhibited in several exhibitions in Peru and abroad.
