Marina Fueyo

Dancer and choreographic

Graduated from the Gijón Conservatory of Classical Dance (2010-2016) and later from the Higher Degree in Dance in the specialty of Choreography, at the Institut del Teatre Barcelona (2016-2021). As a dancer she has worked with choreographers such as Lorena Nogal, Joan Catalá, Lipi Hernandez, Iver Zapata, Aimar Perez Galí or Bárbara Bañuelos. And for artists like Paloma Wool (designer), C.Tangana (singer) or the Orquesta Céltica Asturiana. She began choreography as part of a collective called “Anónimas Marchantes” with which she created a series of short pieces: “Ósmosis </ 3”, “The Hypotheses of Arlés”, “Asesinato en Broca” . These pieces are represented in some festivals such as “Transvers” in Terrassa or “la Nit dels Museus” in Barcelona and “Migrats” in Valencia.

Solo he has created two short pieces of 15′, one of them being “Morning Invitation of Disturbance”, finalist in the 10 Senses choreographic competition (Valencia). His latest creation, Toys in the Attic, is his first long piece premiered at the Ovidi Montllor Theater in June 2021, Barcelona.
