Luz, Micro y Punto

Luz, Micro and punto is an Asturian company of shadow play. Its components are Chantal Franco, Veronica and Patricia Rodriguez Toral who are creators and performers who focus their work on experimentation and creation of visual and audio stories framed in this type of play.
They use analogical technology and different formats for the staging, ranging from the more classic shadow play to the more experimental one, always building live images during the course of the representation. The soul of these images is the music created and performed specifically for each piece.

Los Recuerdos
After concluding their work on On el funambulista, an analogue shadow theatre piece for which Luz, Micro y Punto has created a more versatile format for its staging, the Asturian shadow theatre company now tackles their new project, Los Recuerdos (The Memories).
The protagonist of this newly created work is a character who at one point in his life has stopped remembering; a puppet who lives today as a result of his own past.
In Los Recuerdos the spectator enters the mind of the puppet and, through his evocations, discovers the history of his life while the character acquires a dramatic identity.
The different temporal spaces will be differentiated by two separate worlds in a context of magic and fantasy. The music and the puppeteers will be in charge of uniting these two universes through shadow theatre and contemporary puppetry.
