Gordan Savicic is a performance and electronic media artist. He lives between Vienna and Rotterdam. His artworks require strange machines and interfaces that take on various expressions and often allude to “play” as a set of activities and research. In collaboration with ZugZwangZukunft, he has exhibited various modifications of Arcade machines and participated with “The handyhandy” in the legendary Bluetooth- Rock’n’Roll world tour. Savicic is a member of the Ludic Society, with whom he has recently developed the “game fashion” workshop and new “machines célibataires”. His installations and projects developed in collaboration with other artists have been exhibited and represented at IRCAM (Paris), Kunsthalle Wien (Vienna), Walcheturm (Zurich) and Transmediale (Berlin), among others.
