After graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from Universidad Complutense, Madrid, Redruello furthered his training with several periods in Italy. He has won several national distinctions for work, which he also combines with teaching.

Highly self-demanding, his production has evolved from drawing, painting and graphic arts to a work blending all these processes from a fully objectual perspective. A process conditioned by an ongoing reworking or postponement of a final result rooted in the self-demanding personality we just mentioned, which forces the artist to return, once and again, to the work or to postpone its conclusion, as he awaits the ideal formulation. Hence the title Revisiones he gave to his latest solo exhibition, held in his hometown in 2005, acknowledging that constant return to his most intimate concerns, their materialisation in poetically suggestive pieces, and his determination to stick to an incisive and caustic critical individuality.
