Ella era yo

Ella era yo started as a street dance action to inform about the Social Pact against Violence on Women of the Principality of Asturias and to raise awareness through dance about gender violence.

After a six-month residency at the Centro de Arte and a Residencia de Producción Laboral Teatro, Gijón in 2018 and 2019, Ana Serna and Lauren Atanes work on staging the project as a show. In addition, they have researched and experimented with video dance.

In May 2019 they have participated at a Residencia Internacional Zawp, Bilbao, together with Víctor González on the project Una Cartografía Performativa Audiovisual para Zorrozaurre.
