He studied art at Escuela Nacional La Esmeralda, Mexico City (2008). His work has been featured in the following one-person exhibitions: Ley Fuga, Proyectos Monclava, Mexico City (2010); Family Effects, Hamidrasha Gallery, Tel Aviv (2010); and Diles que no me maten, Galería Esmeralda, Mexico City (2008). Worth mentioning among his group shows are: In Transit, Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, Paris (2011); Istanbul Biennial (2011); Viceversa, MUPO, Oaxaca (2011); Disponible: A kind of Mexican show, Walter McBean Galleries San Francisco Art Institute, San Francisco (2010); Program Bancomer- MACG, Museo Carrillo Gil, Mexico City (2010); The Mole’s Horizon, BOZAR, Brussels (2010); and One Foot Apart, Galeria Leme, São Paulo (2009). His work has been screened at festivals such as FID Marseille, France (2010), and Injerto/Ambulante, Mexico (2011 and 2010). He was the recipient of the FONCA new artists grant (2008-2009 and 2010-2011), and took part at the Bancomer/MACG new art programme (2009).
