DISNOVATION.ORG is a working group that is located at the meeting point of contemporary art, research and hacking. The collective develops situations of disruption, speculation and debate with which to question dominant technopositivist ideologies and stimulate post-growth narratives. They publish The Pirate Book, an anthology on media piracy. His research covers artistic creation, curating and publications. In 2018 they obtained the Design Trust Grant (Hong Kong), a scholarship to research Chinese Shanzhai culture. They are currently visiting researchers at the University of California, Irvine.
