Ana Serna

Professional dancer

Born in Bilbao and lives in Lastres.

Professional dancer. His latest works include:

2018, Performer Dora García, Narrativa Instantánea in the exhibition El Poder del Arte, 40 Conmemoración de la Constitución Española; Performer of the exhibition Segunda Vez de Dora García at the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte de Reina Sofía de Madrid; Choreographer of the Compañía de Teatro y Tecnología Fantastique Company in the children’s show La Pintora Flora;
Project Lo Tengo Todo, Palabras Bailadas, Lectura expresiva y danza, together with Carmen Pardo-Danza Xixón;
Joint dance and choreography with Lauren Atanes and Izar Gayo in Aire!, a dance show for Producciones Nun Tris; Member of Proyecto Piloto Compañía de Danza since 2011.

Personal projects: soylimon which relates sustainability with the environmental project Sopa de Plástico; Ella era Yo with Lauren Atanes which publicised in 2017 the Pacto Social contra la violencia a las mujeres del Principado de Asturias, subsidised by the Consejería de Igualdad y Juventud del Principiado de Asturias.

Ana Serna has Higher Studies in Dance, specialising in Choreography, Official Master’s Degree in Performing Arts (URJC) and University Specialist in Theatre and Performing Arts (UPV).

She has taught at the Higher Schools of Dramatic Art of Asturias and Galicia, the Professional Conservatory of Music and Dance of Gijón, Bai, and the Theatre School of Bizkaia, among others.
