Alberto Gracia (Ferrol, 1978) studied Fine Arts in Pontevedra and moved to Barcelona in 2002, where he held his first exhibitions of drawing, painting and installation. In 2007 she began working on video and making 16mm celluloid pieces. In 2009 he received a two-year scholarship from Hangar and held individual and group exhibitions in places such as the CCCB, La Capella or Fabra i Coats. He publishes «Microfugas. Theory and game of profanation” (Aristas Martínez, 2010) and made the feature film “O quinta evanxeo de Gaspar Hauser” (Zentium, 2013), which won the FIPRESCI award at the IFFRotterdam and was screened in more than ten European and American countries. . He currently lives in Madrid and is preparing his second feature film.
