Soledad Córdoba

With a degree and doctorate in Fine Arts from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, where she works as honorary collaborator at the Department of Painting. She has had many solo and group exhibitions, and has won several awards and grants.
Her photographic work is defined by its autobiographical nature, with the artist herself being the only subject of some serialised series that disclose the expressive power of the body, its referential condition with regard to time, its magic ability and its essence as original icon as a vehicle for communication through mutations and transformations.
