Ricardo Mojardín
He was born in Boal, Asturias, in 1956. Lives and works in Oviedo.
Painter, engraver and author of installations, artist's books and works in public spaces. He has had numerous solo exhibitions in Spain, France, Ecuador and Germany and participated in art fairs and exhibitions in Europe, South America, the U.S.A. Canada and Japan.
He has received painting and engraving awards, including the Premio de Pintura de la Junta General del Principado de Asturias and the Premio Nacional de Grabado del Museo del Grabado Español Contemporáneo. His work is present in museums and public and private institutions in Europe, America and Japan.
