Born in Germany, 1977
After studies in computer science, Ralf Baecker attended the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne, graduating with a diploma in media arts in 2007. In 2007 and 2008 he taught at the department of Design of Medial Environments at the Bauhaus University in Weimar. Baecker builds installations and sculptures that deconstruct the fundamentals of symbolic processes.
