Petros Moris

Petros Moris is a visual artist based in Athens. Incorporating sculpture, digital media and writing, his work contemplates the dynamics between manifestations of material memory, natural and cultural entropic processes, and the anthropogenic concept of the future. He has received a BFA from the Athens School of Fine Arts and an MFA from the Goldsmiths University of London. He has been nominated for the DESTE Prize and has been awarded the SNF ARTWORKS Fellowship and the Delfina Foundation Residency. He has presented solo exhibitions in galleries and art spaces including Radio Athènes, Galeria Duarte Sequiera, Project Native Informant and Point Centre for Contemporary Art. He has participated in international group exhibitions including the Athens Biennale, the Singapore Biennale and the New Museum Triennial. He has been part of the art collective KERNEL, the online curatorial collaboration SIM, the curatorial project Radical Reading and runs the publication project AM Printed Club.
